1. Eligibility:

The Go Pro / Get Professional guarantee will apply as long as any incident that limits or affects the use of the features described in this Plan is reported and verified.

2. Exclusions:

A: Funds added to the user's virtual wallet Wallet.

B: Poor manipulation using the Platform.

C: Previous use of features in Go Pro Membership.

Term:

The user may apply for a refund within the first 24 hours after payment as long as he or she is Eligible.

Refund amount:

The amount will be returned in full.

Process:

The user must inform the Technical Support team, explaining in detail the incident or reason for their query, specifying their username that is registered on the Platform, to do so they will use the Contact form. The technical staff will carefully evaluate each aspect of the problem to contact the user as soon as possible with a previously satisfactory solution for both parties, then immediate action will be taken, ending the procedure.
